Celebrate all things coffee on National Espresso Day! They'll be learning all about what caffeine is, why it affects people in the ways that it does, how it interacts with sugar in foods/beverages, and how to have a healthy relationship with caffeine and sugar. Volunteers from the University of Illinois - Springfield will be at this event to help teach you all about the science behind caffeine with plenty of fun activities
