Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau Launches the New Explorer Passport 25 sites, attractions, museums and culinary adventures in one free pocket-size passport of fun!
SPRINGFIELD, IL April 3, 2023– Beginning today the new Explorer Passport is available for visitors and local residents alike to pick up and enjoy an adventure like no other! Featuring 12 sites and museums in the Abe’s Hat Hunt scavenger hunt and 13 people and places in the Living Legends and Landmarks of Route 66.

The Explorer Passport is intended to help enhance the visitor experience by making available 25 activities, including meeting our local Living Legends and by participating in a scavenger hunt for Abe’s hats.
