Custom Cup Coffee - 321 E. Monroe St

This is a husband/wife owned, small batch roast-to-order coffee company in Downtown Springfield. A Micro-Roastery, with freshly roasted beans every day, to deliver the freshest coffee possible. Sip on your coffee in a cozy indoor atmosphere with reclaimed wood tables from a local business, Sangamon Reclaimed, both of which are part of Enjoy Illinois’, “Illinois Made” products.


Grab-a-Java - 1702 S. 6th St., 300 Chatham Rd., & 3115 Hedley Rd.

On the go?? No need to get out of your car here…just pull through the drive thru and be handed some gourmet coffee through the window of fun. They’ve been serving up delicious coffee, partnered with plenty of light-hearted fun for over 20 years. Enjoy an Iced Latte or one of their weekly flavors…like Jamaica Mistake or Cinnamon Cookie Dough, it’s always something new here. 

An interesting non-coffee fact: They are known in Springfield for their iconic banners outside the shop, which are designed to grab coffee lover’s attention as they drive by.

 

Stella Coffee & Tea - 1135 W Governor Street

If you're looking for an eco-friendly coffee experience, head over to Stella Coffee & Tea.  At this quaint neighborhood coffee shop, you can bring your own clean mug to purchase coffee at a discounted price.  They also have recyclable cups if you forget your mug.  

Yellow Bird Coffee House - 1001 N 1st Street

Stop by and have a cup at this veteran owned coffeehouse.  The coffee is roasted in small batches in central Illinois.  Their offsite ranch provides the free range chicken eggs & honey from their apiaries they use in their pastries.

Railyard Cafe - 2232 S 6th Street

Located near The Railyard shipping container dining venue, you'll find Railyard Cafe.  Not only can you good coffee at the cafe but they also sell soups, sandwiches, baked goods and even ice cream.

Wm. Vans Cafe - 107 W Cook Street

Located inside the Vinegar Hill Mall, Wm. Vans is a locally-owned cafe that serves up amazing coffee drinks as well offering breakfast and lunch items.  Relax in their beautiful lounge while you enjoy a cup of your favorite brew.

Hae's Bakery + Coffee Shoppe - 917 W Jefferson Street

Specializing in baked goods, Hae's also sells lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee drinks. Opened in 2022, Hae's opened in 2022 by a husband & wife team out their love baking and coffee.  You'll definitely want to get a pastry with you coffee when you stop by!
