ABOUT

The Hoogland Center for the Arts is an 80,000 square foot community arts center in the heart of historic downtown Springfield. Warmly known as “the heart of the arts,” the Hoogland is home to 16 different arts groups and several civic organizations. Thousands of visitors pass through the doors each month to enjoy a variety of concerts, plays, musicals, recitals, gallery showings, films, poetry readings, meetings, and weddings. The Hoogland and several of the resident groups also offer performing arts education programs and classes for children and teens.
